It has become more popular wine terms that appear quite often when you buy or taste wine. But not many fully understand the meaning of this technique, and how it can transform the aroma, texture, acidity, and even tannic structure of a wine.

Palate training workshop is designed to help improve your palate by exercising your ability to identify primary tastes.
When tasting wine, you may often hear people saying the wine is matured or fermented in oak barrels. Maybe the oak is from French or United States, or maybe it is new or old.In reality oak barrels, one of the most used vessels in winemaking, is a much more complicated matter. It can also come with various sizes, level of toast; producers may even blend wine matured in different types of oak, making “oaked wine” has numerous styles, flavours and complexity.
