WHAT WILL I LEARN?
In this Australian Victorian Pinot Noir masterclass, senior wine educator Corinne Mui will introduce 8 Pinot Noir from Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and other regions, to showcase the diversity of styles, and how Victorian Pinot Noir express various terroir character. The course will cover:
- Geography, climate and soil
- Wine characteristics of the Victoria’s Pinot Noir
- Significant Regions, Vineyards and Wineries
- Victoria by numbers
You’ll able to taste 8 Pinot Noirs from Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and more regions.
