In this Champagne Masterclass, senior wine educator Corinne Mui will introduce 8 champagnes from the finest and most significant producers or wine makers to showcase how different different regions and wine-making options affect the style, making champagne famous for its complexity. The course will cover:

• Significant grape varieties
• Champagne by numbers
