WHAT WILL I LEARN?

To explore the diversity and quality of wines from Bordeaux, the largest fine wine region in the world.  This course will cover the following topics in-depth:

  • Bordeaux past and present

  •  Bordeaux diversity

  • The art of blending

  • Dry White Wines

  • Bordeaux & Bordeaux Superieur

  • The Cotes de Bordeaux

  • Saint Emilion – Pomerol – Fronsac

  • Medoc

  • Graves & Sauternes

  • Sweet white wines

You will be able to taste 16 well-selected wines from different Bordeaux regions. You will also participate in a hands on exercise to create your own Bordeaux wine blend to make your day fun & special!

Courses are conducted in Cantonese or English. Course materials are in English.
