But in fact, Sake has various styles and types and can be paired with various foods, from Asian local cuisine to Western fine dining. Sake also has its own classification system, telling you about the typical styles and flavors you might find. This workshop will briefly explain how Sake and cheese are made and how they can be paired together to enhance their taste.
Join us for an evening of easy and fun tastings, tasting 5 different styles of cheese and 5 different styles and types of sake, and mixing some fun!
